We will be hosting open interviews for all Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)/Personal Care Attendants (PCA's) to work at our Community Day Services program and in the group home setting. Our community-based group homes are located in Des Plaines, Evanston, Highland Park, Lake Zurich, Mount Prospect, Morton Grove, Niles, and Buffalo Grove,

Location & Schedule:
Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) Home Shifts
Afternoon: 2pm -12am Monday - Thursday
Overnight: 9pm-11am Monday- Thursday
Afternoon Weekend: 2pm-12am Friday. 9am-9pm Saturday and Sunday.
Overnight weekend: 11pm-9am Friday 9pm-9am Saturday and Sunday.
CDS DAY PROGRAM 7:30AM- 4:00PM (Des Plaines)
